After you've made your purchase online or through an in-home consultation, you'll receive an email confirmation with a link to choose the day and time that works best for you.

Yes. When your expert is ready to head to your appointment, you'll receive a link to track their route, and precise arrive time. 

Once your delivery is complete, you'll receive an email with phone contacts for our tech support line and for the specific products you purchased.  This way help is only a phone call away. 

All device include a manufacturer's warranty that ranges from 90 days to 1 year. Check your device's product page for device specific warranty information.

Yes. Most smart home devices require an internet connection to function.  Also, most devices use Wifi connections, so it's important that you have a strong Wifi Signal in the location where your smart device will be installed. 

Your expert will measure the Wifi signal strength in the location where you'd like your smart home devices installed. If the signal is found to be too weak, your expert may suggest an alternate location to install your device or recommended additional Wifi equipment to boost your signal.

When you receive your appointment confirmation, we will also include a list of any important information you will need to have available for your appointments like Wifi setting or details for your other smart device accounts. You should also have your mobile device or tablet so we can get any needed Apps setup with you.
