Agreement between You and Get Integrated

Integrated Electronics. (“Get Integrated”) provides delivery, installation, and Specialist help in connection with the installation and use of products purchased from Get Integrated. 

These Terms of Service apply to all Services used by You and these terms are a legally binding contract between You and Get Integrated. Your use of any Service indicates that You agree that these Terms apply to all Services used by You.

 

Your responsibilities for in-person Services

(1) You must ensure that at least one responsible adult, age 18 or older, in addition to the Get Integrated Specialist, is present during the entire performance of Services.

(2) You will provide the Get Integrated Specialist a safe place to work and safe access to and from the location.

(3) You will complete other reasonable preparation requested by Get Integrated prior to Your Service event. 

 

Internet and Wifi Requirements 

(1) You must have a working internet connection and sufficient WiFi Signal for your smart home devices to operate. 

(2) If during your visit it is determine you do not have sufficient Wifi signal the Specialists may make recommendations for improvement that could included the modification of your existing equipment or upgrades with products available though Get Integrated. 

(3)Get Integrated will not be responsible for any issues with the functioning of products purchased from Get Integrated found to be Wifi or Internet related were the networking equipment was not purchased and setup by an Get Integrated Specialists

 

Limitations to Service

Get Integrated shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond Get Integrated’s control. Get Integrated reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Services for any reason, including, without limitation, concerns for the safety of Specialists.

 

Warranty

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. GET INTEGRATED MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM GET INTEGRATED, INCLUDING THE SPECIALISTS, OR THROUGH SERVICES, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. ANY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY A THIRD-PARTY WITH RESPECT TO MERCHANDISE AND THIRD PARTY SERVICES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SUCH THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER AND SHALL NOT CREATE ANY WARRANTY, LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION OF GET INTEGRATED.

 

Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, GET INTEGRATED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE RESULTING FROM, RELATED TO, OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE (OR THE INABILITY TO USE) SERVICES, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF GET INTEGRATED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GET INTEGRATED’S LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GET INTEGRATED FOR THE SERVICE OR OTHER ITEMS.
